Speaker 1:

what up, though, and welcome back to I'm growing man. It's your man, john d, in the building. Uh, hope everybody's doing well. I wanted to get out here and pretty much just hit on some key components of what I think the keys to life, in my opinion. Of course, it doesn't matter really which order. As long as you hit these things, I think that you'll do well in it.

Speaker 1:

The first thing I really do believe is the most important. It's really the information you believe, depending on what you believe could determine. You know your, your ceiling in life, and typically that comes from your parents or whoever gave you your original foundation. They were just doing the best that they could, wanting to help guide you so that you don't make common errors of man. I really do believe, as I've matured through life, I've learned different religions, different spiritual practices, and I believe the more you search, the better information you get, and you find more of a more of a habitual practice in what you believe in, and it's unlike no other. I do believe that if you search, you shall find I'm a fine believer that if you believe you know everything, what's the point of living? And there's so much out there. I do practice these things on a daily basis or trying to find more things to help me become whole. I'm the head of my family and my wife has a strong belief that I should be able to lead this family, and I can't think that I had all the information. So it's only right for me to continue to search. And that is number one for me. Once I learned that, my life completely changed.

Speaker 1:

Number two health. Health is pivotal because once you start looking for new information, you get this new motivation to want more, and if you not take care of your body, it'll break down. It's only supposed to last for so long, and I don't know how long it's supposed to last, but I definitely plan on challenging, trying to preserve it as much as possible. But, depending on how information was given to you, as far as your health, you could live a short life. I think that we're in a day and age where we have way too much information for us to rely on information that was given to us as a kid or even young adults. Where we are now, we can really change our outcome by practicing better habits. I wholeheartedly believe that, and I know that it's too young. I'm too young to really make sense for the people that may listen to this, but if you look for the information, people have been practicing these beliefs for some time now and I think their quality of life is way more than you would imagine, because practicing bad habits will cloud your vision.

Speaker 1:

Number three is your effort. Depending on what process you learn to find success could cripple your growth as a person. There is an effort that everybody hasn't seen, because you could always get better and depending on how much you practice will curve how much you can actually grow. So, like I said, the information, you believe in focusing on your health and with that comes the effort. If your effort could become a part of your everyday practice, you will create a result that you haven't seen because you haven't done it before. And depending on how many things you look to improve, you could get an entire different person. And I can say this you will be very happy with that person because you develop a confidence in yourself that only you can create, and it comes from practice.

Speaker 1:

You have to work on these things. Once you gather these things, depending on how you apply these things will dictate your quality of life. You should use these things to strengthen the relationships that are important. As you move through life, you're going to learn that all relationships are not good for you. It might be good for that moment, but good for you can create a roadblock of things that can distort your vision. When I say that, I mean you'll get emotions that you haven't had before and it will curve your decision-making. If you can use the things that I told you about effort, focus on your health and search for new information, even the information you already believe in, go learn more about it. If you learn more about it, more doors are open for you within you not physical doors, but within you you unlock codes within your body by searching for new information and as you mature in the things you do and your practice the routine that's making you a better person focus on those relationships that mean the most.

Speaker 1:

If you're single, I challenge you to just focus on yourself. You will attract the energy you deserve. You have to believe that, and if you don't believe it, you're going to get energy that you believe you needed at that time. That could distort your vision and that's a tough place to be, so just work on yourself. Those of you that are in relationships, you need to have a real sit down with your partner and try to figure out is this what they want? Because the relationship I believe people want is going to take a dedication. That is more than just remaining faithful. It's an intentional work, and I know a lot of relationships fail due to infidelities and financial matters. But even if that's not the case, people are still happy. And if you want to be happy, you have to do it. You have to intentionally work on it.

Speaker 1:

Whatever you think you're good in, relationships are probably not one of them, and if you have a partner that is going to dedicate themselves to making this relationship work, you guys will create a fruit in everything else, because you'll develop a happiness that you didn't even know you could have. You know, when my wife and I have disagreements or misunderstandings, it's a moment for us to try to reflect why. What happened? Is it a matter of bad practice? Did somebody take something the wrong way? But it helps us reduce that happening again. But if you don't practice, if you don't do this on purpose, life is going to be tough, and I was just thinking you probably are dibbling and dabbling in all of these things.

Speaker 1:

But these four things I've named, I definitely believe your quality of life will change behind measure. If you just become good in those things because all of them benefit you, you're the most important person in the world and if you're not working on these things, how are they supposed to get better in the world? And if you're not working on these things, how are they supposed to get better? How are you supposed to get what you deserve if you're not actively improving your own well-being? I know some people are going to feel like what makes him think he knows anything.

Speaker 1:

It's not that I think I know anything. It's that if I could have had a little more guidance when I was younger, I think I could have become a lot more polished sooner. I had too many mistakes before I found this journey where I could have destroyed everything, and I just wish I would have had just an idea of what I was supposed to do. And I want to be that for somebody that may be in the situation I was in. And I believe that the information that I'm sharing is for Eddie and everybody.

Speaker 1:

It's not to hurt, it's not to discredit anyone. I just feel like these things from people that I've spoken to and from my own practices has changed my results and I believe that I do believe a lot, don't I need to work on that? Um, I'm I'm a advocate, 100% advocate for improving life through intentional work and finding what works for others, because they're very well. Make it work for you, y'all. Make today better than yesterday. Don't worry about anything you can't control. G-a-t-a Get after that action or that action will get after you. Be great on purpose.
